RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICIES - our commitment: Our credit card will only be charged if we do not cancel right in time. No charge for cancellations made at least 35 DAYS BEFORE your arrival. Your card will be issued for no-shows or for cancellations made less than 30 days before your arrival date. We do not charge your credit card. You do pay your stay in US cash, Col. on your arrival. For weekly stays and longer we do make a bank transfer down payment 50 % on our reservation and 50 % 30 days prior to your arrival.
